A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Parker

My work brings together my lifelong love of movement, my yoga background, and my newly completed Mind-Body Coaching certification.

As someone with AuDHD, I’m deeply interested in how we experience the world differently and how we can learn to understand ourselves with more curiosity and compassion.

I believe we don’t have to constantly fix ourselves to grow. Our bodies aren’t problems to solve. Sometimes, they just need a little reminder that we’re here.

My hope is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where people, especially those who experience the world a little differently, can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover what works for them. Because sometimes, meaningful change begins not with pushing harder, but with learning to listen.

I believe we don’t have to constantly fix ourselves to grow.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

Movement has been a part of my life since I was five years old. I began with ballet and eventually found my way into musical theater, where I discovered the joy, freedom, and aliveness that dance brought me.

I went on to study ballet, jazz, tap, and modern, eventually becoming a dance teacher myself. Dance has taken me through many seasons of life, including teaching and living in Miami, Florida, and Portland, Oregon.

While living in Miami, I was introduced to yoga and fell in love with the practice, becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2015. Since then, I’ve taught in Miami, Portland, and the Antelope Valley, focusing primarily on gentle, accessible, and somatic-based yoga, as well as aerial yoga.
